Twyford Gift Certificates may be used to purchase tickets when The Twyford is the ticketing agent. Some hirers manage their own ticketing for events in our venue -Twyford Gift Certificates are not valid for those events. The Event description will indicate if Gift Certificates are valid.
Certificates expire 3 years from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed for cash.
To use the certificate when you buy tickets:
- Online – Enter and Apply your Gift Certificate Number on the Checkout screen
- In-person – Present the Gift Certificate to our box office staff when purchasing tickets
- Phone – Quote the Gift Certificate Number to the box office staff taking your call
